　　1. 开头（背景）：

　　随着现代工作学习节奏很快(with the quickening of living tempo)，大家面临很大的压力，很多人工作到没有生活(many people live to work)。平衡工作和生活(the balance between work and life)成为了大家平时聚会讨论的热门话题(hot topic)。

　　2. 措施1：规定自己不能把工作带到家中（do not bring work to home），让自己确保陪伴家人的时间（maintain family time）。

　　3. 措施2：规划好自己的工作（make a schedule of your work），要有计划性，做好时间表(make a timetable)，提升工作效率(raise working productivity)，不要在工作的时间虚度光阴（never squander your time during the work）

　　1. 开头（介绍背景+你的观点）：

　　无车日是政府为了号召大家绿色出行（low-carbon transport）而发起的活动（campaign）。目前随着经济发展，私家车拥有量飙升(the ownership of private cars is on the rise)，对环境乃至对出行造成很大压力（pose a great threat to the environment as well as transportation）。我认为无车日没有意义（dose not make any sense）。

　　2. 问题1：无车日影响了很多路途遥远的上班族（affects the life of commuters who have to go a long way to work），给他们造成实际困难，抱怨的人很多（many are complaining about it）。

　　3. 问题2：无车日不能从根本上解决问题（cannot solve the problem fundamentally）。无车日之后，又是很多人开车。

　　4. 结尾（措施+升华）：

　　还是应该从制度上解决（rely on the restraint from regulation），比如征拥堵税（levy tax on traffic congestion），人民的素质提升(an improvement in the population’s quality)不是靠一年中的一天两天，而是长期的过程。

　　出国后怎样保持自己的文化

　　1.第一段（背景）：

　　3.第三段（方法2）：

　　主动在外国校园举办文化节宣传和交流自己国家的文化(organize activities aiming to introduce and exchange mother country’s culture)

　　4.结尾：

　　保持文化多样性是每一个人应尽的职责（it is everyone’s obligation to keep the diversity of cultures）不能一味融入国外文化(fit into foreign culture)而忽视了本国文化的培育(turn a blind eye to mother country’s culture)

　　怎样使自己更有竞争力？

　　1. 开头（背景）：

　　现代社会竞争压力日益增大（with the increasingly fierce competition），人们越来越需要提升自己的竞争力（competitiveness），否则就会慢慢被时代淘汰（be left behind the times）

　　2. 第二段（方法1）：

　　做中学（learn by doing）。社会发展加快，新生事物层出不穷（new things emerge one after another），不要抵触新事物（do not resist the new things），在不断尝试中让自己适应时代的变化（fit into the ever-changing society）

　　3. 第三段（方法2）：

　　做计划（promote your ability to make schedules），提升时间使用的效率（raise efficiency of using time），管理好自己的时间（have a good command of your time）

　　4. 第四段（方法3）：

　　加强执行力（strengthen executive ability），有了好的想法不执行等于白搭（we should put a good idea into practice）

　　5. 结尾：
