　　选择positive: 首先因为空格后是impact名词，所以判断这里需要的是一个形容词；前文提到criticised，之后出现了but，表示转折，所以这里应该是积极含义，因此选positive而不是negative。

　　答案是availability。 原因是需要一个名词，联系上下文只有availability符合语境含义，表示“为当地消费者提供更多可供消费的产品”

　　此处填gain: gain knowledge and experience为固定搭配，表示“获得知识和经验”。
