PTE听力干货：时间类考点讲解

我们在看PTE听力题目的时候，要切记准确的找到定位词。比如当题目里出现“目前”，“现在”，“以前”，“将来”表示时间的提示词的时候一定要注意去听，听力音频很有可能将“目前”这个时间点作为考点。这类型的选择题在听力里会有。

分析：很多同学一眼就看到了选项ABC里的Europe，就认为，这道题考察的是范围。

同时也清楚的知道，要听三个选项中的不同的地方“only in Western”，“all over”，还有“outside”。

但是当同学们仔细听的的时候，很明显听到了“the whole of”, “Western Europe”以及“outside”，三个选项都听到了，又不知道怎么选了。

题干中时间副词“currently”要注意了，它非常明显的提醒到大家，此题考的是“目前”这个旅行社提供的活动地区。而听力原文中we offer guided walking tours to suit the discerning traveler in twelve different centres through the whole of western Europe，offer 这个动词代表一般现在时态，与题目的currently直接呼应。

而“outside”是将在明年计划的事情，音频中是这样描述的we are planning to open our first centre outside this area in the coming year。如果同学们能够在审题的时候把“currently”作为一个定位词来看的话，这道题的难度就会下降不少。

当我们看到这道题的时候，要把时间状语at the present time作为定位词勾画出来，这道题的选项在原文中是这样呈现出答案句的but there are interesting events on all year round. for example John Havers, our expert fly fisherman, is currently giving displays on the lake.
