在官方给出的score guide里面，RO的分数分配如下：连续两个前后相邻的句子顺序排列正确，即可得一分。
举例来说，在一篇RO的正确答案是ABCDE的情况下，考生给出了CDEAB的答案，即使整体顺序颠倒，但由于有三组的前后相邻句子排列顺序正确，满分4分中我们是可以拿到3分的。
例题分析：
A）The EU has tried to solve both problems by sending its fishermen to West Africa. Since 1979 it has struck agreements with the government of Senegal, granting our fleets access to its waters.
B）The other is that its governments won't confront their fishing lobbies and decommission all the surplus boats.
