AEIS语法学习：other的形式

other等一众不定代词的用法是每年AEIS考试的重点也是难点，学校老师、机构老师、家教老师等已经讲过很多遍了，可是有些同学仍然记不清楚。我的方法是记住这些词后面所接的形式，哪怕意思同学记得没有那么准确，只要形式记住了我想在考试中正确率会大大提高的。以下讲述中包括以下缩略语：

名单 = 名词单数

名复 = 名词复数

0 = 无名词

other

结构：other + 名复

含义：别的人或物

举栗：

Some people like basketball. Other people like football.

有些人喜欢篮球，有些人喜欢足球。

others

结构：others + 0

含义：别的人或物

举栗：

Some people like basketball. Others like football.

有些人喜欢篮球，有些人喜欢足球。

the other

结构：the other + 0/ 名单/ one

含义：两者中的另一个

举栗：

He has two daughters. One is a nurse,the other is a teacher.

他有两个女儿，一个是护士，另一个是老师

结构：the other + 名复/ ones

含义：其余的人或物；剩下的人或物

举栗：

These postcards are for you. The other postcards are for the teachers.

the others

结构：the others + 0

含义：其余的人或物；剩下的人或物

举栗：

another

结构：another + 0/ 名单/ one

含义：另一个；又一个；再一个

举栗：

This shirt is too large for me. Please show me another.

这件衬衫我穿太大。请另外拿一件我看看。

结构：another + 基数词(>1) + 名复

含义：再多几个

举栗：

I‘ll sleep for another fifteen minutes (= fifteen more minutes).

我还要再睡15分钟。
