如果你的AEIS词汇量很小，就应该每天坚持背单词，并且一定要给自己规定好数量，每天至少拿出一定时间记忆50个单词。在记忆过程中，同学们不要因为担心忘记单词，而放弃记忆。遗忘是一个非常正常的过程，但是根据艾宾浩斯记忆曲线，还要循环回顾之前记过的单词，比如，每3天循环背诵一下前3天背诵过的单词，一周再复习一下之前背过的单词。
