市场多元化战略是指一个企业同时经营两个或两个以上行业的拓展战略，又可称“多行业经营”。主要包括三种模式：同心多元化、水平多元化、综合多元化。同心多元化是利用原有技术及优势资源，面对新市场、新顾客增加新业务实现的多元化经营;水平多元化是针对现有市场和顾客，采用新技术增加新业务实现的多元化经营;综合多元化是直接利用新技术进入新市场实现的多元化经营。

The market diversification strategy, also known as "multi-sector operation" refers to the expansionist strategy featuring the simultaneous operation of two or more sectors by an enterprise. It includes three main modes: concentric diversification, horizontal diversification and comprehensive diversification. The concentric diversification system refers to use of existing technologies and advantageous resources; horizontal diversification refers to the increase in the new business for the existing markets and customers with new techniques; comprehensive diversification refers to direct entry into a new market by using new techniques.
